For 37 years Capital Development has been involved in the construction of concrete and metal structures. We are fortunate to have formed an in-house team of engineers, trades & architects that has enabled us to develop a superior warehouse building process. From purchase & design, ground to TI we are excellent in all facets of the process. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, we make it affordable to build.
Through sourcing concrete, utility pipe and metal we reduced our overhead cost. We keep over $3 million in building material and equipment in stock. We are ready when you are to build. All hard services are performed in-house, this gives profitability and speed, as we all know in metal warehouses 35% to 50% of the entire project is on hard services and utilities. Most people do not understand the metal building itself is less expense than the hard surface and utilities. Our process address’s this in a three ways.

Design, expedite city permits: Our cutting edge technologies using “I.C.E.E.” has tremendous savings and help to procure water and sewer permits. This is implemented in all site and utility plans from the beginning. From application of city permits to the cost saving of utility providers, we tackle the permitting process faster than anyone. Our in-house engineering staff is dedicated to our projects only. This ensures no delay from design to certificate of compliance. We believe Speed = saving/profit.

Site and building design: Doing architecture and engineering design for 30 years has enabled us to develop our textures and layouts while utilizing the most affordable material and technologies to create a high end class A building. At a class B cost. We are able to produce aesthetically pleasing, strong, industry usable and remain within budget due to the architectural design and engineering of your site.

Capital Development Umbrella: We have several different companies in- house. From three in-house engineers, two lawyers, one general construction company, one concrete company, and a utility division we are poised to do the entire project in house and in a faster expedited way. It’s the seamless combination of self performance of all aspects of construction that save cost and deliver guaranteed time lines. Performance of the work using our patented I.C.E.E. solutions, brings substantial cost saving on the infrastructure and speeds up the permitting process use green solutions .This can even avoid procurement of water and sewer in some cases. The timing between each contractor is alleviated speeding the process up. All work is done from ground up to metal structure in a excellent manor to insure your satisfaction.
